So if you're looking for lavender oil, this essential oil has been used for so many years. It's a soothing type oil. It's a calming type oil.It relaxes your body oftentimes. And so one of the things I find is some people overdo it with lavender. You don't want to like bathe your body in lavender if you're anxious, but you just want to use it in some spots.

So a good spot to use would be like on the bottom of your feet, behind your ears, on this skull bone back there for the vagus nerve. You could also rub a little bit here on your neck, and then you could also rub some on your belly. But any skin irritation, a lot of times if it's a weird skin irritation, you can use lavender.You can mix it with coconut oil, and it produces great results. So remember the oils out there I feel are overpriced in a lot of different capacities, especially if they're MLM companies.
