All right, let's talk about proarginine. I know it may be a weird spelling, but it's proarginine. And so arginine, L-citrulline, they are amino acids that are responsible, they're precursors for nitric oxide in your blood.And nitric oxide is what opens blood vessels up. It causes something called vasodilation. And so as we go through life, we typically are just not producing enough nitric oxide and more of your blood vessels start to get smaller.

And so I want you to think about this. The big blood vessels in your body, you only have about 25% of all the blood vessels in your body are the big ones. Roughly 75% are the tiny ones, the capillaries, the venules, the tiny, tiny blood vessels that are in your body.
